This past weekend I headed up to Orfila Vineyards in northern San Diego county to shoot a gorgeous wedding for a wonderfully sweet couple. The temperature was in the 90′s most of the afternoon, along with that crazy high humidity that hung around for a few days. Despite the heat, the couple and the venue looked spectacular. Here are a few fun images from their gorgeous day…
When I showed up and saw the view behind the ceremony site, I knew it was going to be a good day!

A coupe of dress details:

The bouquet and shoes:

ABSOLUTELY. STUNNING.

I could’ve shot images of the bride all day long. It’s easy when she’s this beautiful and happy:

The groom:

The groom and his boys strolling through the vineyards:

Like I always say… there are cute kids at every wedding!

It’s remarkable how much the bride looks like her father. He was so proud!

I love this completely genuine little moment right after the ceremony. I was playing paparazzi, trying not to let them know I was peering around the corner with my camera.

The couple:

And I absolutely LOVE this shot of the first dance:

I want to thank Steffi Habermann at Orfila for doing a fantastic job of managing the event, and Kimberly Orias of John Little Catering for the amazing job with the food and decor.
And last but not least, thanks to Brandon Williams and Jamie Lawler for shooting along side me all day in the crazy heat! You guys were awesome.
