If you’ve followed my blog for the last few months, you’ve seen a few posts about shoots for album covers for a few local San Diego artists. It occurred to me this morning that I should post the finished products for some of the more recent shoots. The following CD covers were shot by yours truly for Gregory Page, Guava Belly, and Folding Mr. Lincoln:
I love shooting musicians, and seeing the process evolve from a concept, to the shoot, to the graphic design, to the final product. I’m currently setting up concepts and shoot dates for three new records that I’ll be shooting in the next few weeks!
Oh, and I have to give props to the graphic designers for making my photos look good!
The Guava Belly art was designed by Chris Wilson.
The Folding Mr. Lincon art was designed by Rob Garbowski.
Gregory designs all of his album art himself.
